Refund and exchanges.

Our products are eligible for return within the terms of our refund policy. You cannot return personalised garments. DO NOT SEND ORDERS BACK TO POSTAL ADDRESS ON THE POSTAGE BAG - we have moved studio so email us for new address.

We will exchange products if the product is not the correct size or faulty. This is dependent on stock availability. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

If you do wish to exchange a product please contact us via the website as we do not receive direct emails due to security filters.

All returns/exchanges will be granted no later than 7 days from when your order is received. All items returned must be in original condition.

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.
